I've now shipped all of the direct orders for the Limited Edition of The King of Shadows, and the retailers have also started out the door and will be finished this week. If you haven’t received a shipping notification and you ordered directly from Lividian, please email me at [email protected] for assistance.

This week is also publication week for the first-ever trade paperback edition of Mister Slaughter by Robert McCammon, and there's still some time to order the guaranteed first printings bundle of all of the new trade paperbacks, including one signed by McCammon. The bundle will begin shipping next week: https://lividian.com/store/the-matth...inting-bundle/

    Best,
    Brian

I will say that Impossible Fortress is a hard act to follow and if I had to choose between the two, I would put Impossible Fortress on top. I will add with these as his first two books, I will be reading whatever he puts out next!

I will add that as I was reading this book it felt perfect for what Lividian is doing. The trade has interior art that is part of the story, A relatively unknown author and a story that fits in with the current Lividian catalog.
Okay, you sold me (and, yes, the character(s) motivations issue was the consensus I saw as well, I’ll pick up a copy the next time I hit Costco (I saw it the last I was there…nice that a relatively (but deserving) unknown author was able to break in to their distribution channel).
