The Kolsch is on tap now. Needs a bit more carbonation, so could be better in a week or so. It's a bit sweeter than intended.

That it is. It's not that great though, didn't come out as expected, so it might be getting thrown out.

Well, after a long relaxing week of reading, banning the occassional spammer, and playing with my dogs, and basiclly doing nothing, I'm ready for some light refreshment. I got bored with looking over the various microbrews all vying for my attention with increasingly bizarre names. I decided on something from my college days. It probably doesn't taste as good as I remember, but so what.
