I have Calibre - it's a great little program, but does not, of course, convert everything.

Is there a chance this convertible to .pdf or .epub? Another opportunity I pretty much have to pass on otherwise.

You can download Kindle for your PC or phone and read it there. I doubt you could legally convert it. It most likely has DRM protection. There are ways to strip the DRM (Google it), but no legal way.

If it doesn't have DRM, for whatever reason, you can use calibre to change the format. http://calibre-ebook.com/download

The Deluxe edition of CwEC is still rolling at the printers, so this was just a mistake. Perhaps if I hadn't said anything, I may have gotten both! But CHris wants me just to send the book I received to the address on the invoice, so I'll get that packaged up on Thursday and sent out.

If you send it to the person on the invoice, what is going to stop them from saying they didn't receive it?

Got my Encounters with Enoch Coffin from DRP today, but they sent me the S/#, not the Deluxe lettered edition. The invoice even gave the name of the person who was supposed to receive the S/# (and who is probably enjoying MY Deluxe lettered edition!) Karma for the S/L of Joyland, I guess. I fired a letter off ot DRP about it.
