I think Brian said he was going to start entering the credit for the credit offer sometime this week. Don't quote me on that though. Currently we're working on shipping Elevation and the Early Readers Grab Bag. The Lonely Road grab bag will be next once we're through the Early Readers grab bag. For what it's worth when we offered the Lonely Road grab bag I made sure Brian specified that these were going to take a little while to ship as I knew I didn't have room in the shipping schedule. Just like when we offered the SOD sets I made sure he said they wouldn't be shipping until January sometime.

Yea books are in-stock, but if I were to ship those it just means something else that's in-stock would have to wait behind those. It's kinda a catch 22, we try to pick the shipping order based on a combination of what will upset the least amount of people and what people have been waiting for the longest.

If you've never had store credit with us before, your credit will automatically be listed as a payment option during the checkout process when you use your account -- it'll be on the same screen where you would normally pick PayPal or Visa, etc. You don't need to remember a code or anything, the store will track the credit balance for you and make the balance available for use when you checkout.
