I've broken three monitors trying to pick that book up. Please send me mine before I break another one.

I LOVE IT! That is one great looking edition! Every time one of these books come for order, I'm always like "This is a lot of money to spend when I'm not even a big King fan", and every time I get one in my hands, I follow up with "Worth it".

THE SHINING production update going out today:

We are still right on track to have finished slipcases and traycases by the end of May, and we thought you might like to see a photo of the “approval traycase” they sent us for confirmation of the materials, etc. In addition, our very first finished copy of the Artist Limited Edition book is in the case, so you can see the cover artwork and how all of the colors play off each other.

Here's a little sneak peek at one of the signature sheets for THE STAND, which we'll be publishing in 2018. This image is not color corrected or professionally scanned, but I think you'll get the gist. I love the clouds and the overall depth. The art really keeps going into the distance, which is an awesome effect:

We've been waiting until close to / after publications of the previous book in the series before announcing the next one. So not until we are closer to / after The Shining ships.

I'm sure they'll wait at least until The Shining ships.

To elaborate: I believe one of them previously said the plan is to wait until the current volume (in this case, The Shining) has begun shipping before announcing the next one. I think (not sure where I heard this, but...) The Shining may begin shipping in October.

I love the Lettered case myself and see no problems with it.
