Yes, they are regularly to be found on eBay. And the publisher does make clear the difference between an original signature and a facsimile.
This difference is clearly stated on the outside (of the slipcase).

Also the proper signatures are numbered!

Yes, but what about Bag of Bones?! What is the world's first true edition...the UK one or the USA one??

          Umney's Last Case

I'd like to see a signed/limited chapbook of Umney's Last Case.

Or maybe even in part of a limited edition noir collection with other writers like Ray Garton, Jim Thompson, Charles Willeford and William Hjortsberg (Falling Angel).

The Dead Zone or Bachman's The Long Walk would be very cool.

I have ideas for Limited Editions of both of these that I will probably never be allowed to do even if we were able to get the rights -- ha! I won't post the ideas, though, because there's always this part of me that thinks, "If I timed the pitch just right, maybe they'd say yes!"

Misery and Carrie would be awesome! Also want Different Seasons, Four Past Midnight and Night Shift

and I know those aren't novels but still, a Limited could be so cool for any of them

Make sure to add that instead of regular ink for Carrie, they use pig's blood instead.

I have to agree that Carrie needs a special edition.

I also think Duma Key got shafted in the limited edition department, it was a very fun read and the paintings in it would make great art pieces for the book and maybe each one could be done by a different artist

DK is one of my favorite books. I would love to see a limited done of this. This is a classic book and deserves a collectable edition. Good pick!
