Cats as outside pets maybe not. Stray/Ferrell cats? EVERYWHERE!!!!! FYI to Tommy its really not that cold in Canada unless you go up north. In some parts it doesn't even snow that much any more unless it blows up from the states actually. lol

We've already had 3 days over 30°C (86 F).

Actually weather isn't the problem, and my part of Canada isn't cold really. It's the cars and things like other cats, racoons, etc. My city actually had a bad feral cat problem, but thanks to new spay/neuter programs it's improved a lot!!!!!

Now, back to our regularly scheduled program....
