I can't thank Brian enough for the opportunity presented below. Despite getting upset with CD at times; I still think Brian's approach to customer service job #1. It takes a special person to be able to keep it together when everyone is coming at you from all directions at times.
My Lettered arrived without the original tipped in artwork and some slight imperfections. I was speaking with a member at TDT on his collection thread to make sure I wasn't missing it as he had posted photos earlier in the day. Not only did Brian respond there but also responded to me quickly on a Saturday afternoon via email. I wasn't expecting a reply and resolution until Monday at the earliest. After all, it's the weekend and the man deserves the downtime. Especially with a new kiddo.
Well, Brian being who he is, was on it and next day aired my replacement copy which arrived day in perfect condition. His level of service to his clients, I feel we're more than customers to him, is the reason I will continue to support him at the highest level that I'm able to.
Thank you again, Brian and I'm hoping nothing but the best for you, yours, and the press.

Posted a few photos to show a little bit of what happens “behind the scenes” when it comes time to pack a special edition like the Revival Deluxe Lettered Edition, which shipped to collectors at the end of February:

I'll be announcing the next LetterPress Publications limited edition on Monday around lunch time if all goes well, and I wanted to mention something before I forget since I know folks here would probably want to know about this...
I'm selecting the same line of binding material I selected for REVIVAL, and our printer has found a way to coat the stamping die that gets heated for the blind stamping sections to hopefully prevent any of those little blister spots we found on REVIVAL.
Cannot wait to share the next book with you. Thanks again for your support!
