I received my copy of REVIVAL today! It is a great looking limited edition. One of the nicest I own.
I have some very slight damage from the stamping process (not a complaint), but I probably would not have noticed it if I didn't know what to look for.
You get an A+ for this book Brian, well done.

I got my copy of Revival when I returned here on Monday. The outside of the shipping box had a hole. P1000514.jpg I tried and could not get a picture showing the hole from the inside. The book itself is undamaged.
