I almost did, and for exactly the same reason. But it sold out before I had a chance…that said, I understand there is / will be a tpb edition, so I plan to pick that up at some point.Originally posted by mhatchett View PostFess up, who besides me ordered the Cowboy & Dinosaur Book from Thunderstorm, https://thunderstormbooks.com/thunde...anodon-canyon/ I blame it on my love for the Ray Harryhausen film, The Valley of Gwangi https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Valley_of_Gwangi Cant wait to see what this looks like!! I'm glad they do that with the TPB, so everyone can at least read the book. It has sure worked for me on a number of occasions. I almost think I would like to see a remake of Gwangi, it got such short shrift back in the day. Harry Hausen's last Dinosaur movie....Originally posted by RonClinton View Post

Sounds fantastic. Sadly I will be pinching pennies for awhile so my collecting will be hit and miss. Love Thunderstorm books though.

It sounds like a lot of fun. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet because I need funds to replenish. I really liked MYSTERY ROAD so I’m gonna need a copy of this. Congrats to Mr. Lucia on the new book!Originally posted by mhatchett View PostI just ordered this one by Kevin Lucia. Wishing Lucia the best, but I have to save my pennies for Centipede's run of books over the next month or two.
On a related note, I do wish artists and publishers would stop making the new covers of every novel set in the '80s look worn and creased. It's become a cliché motif, very tired and played out.Twitter: https://twitter.com/ron_clinton

I'm kinda in the same boat. I need to see how my budget holds up against those purchases before pulling the trigger on this one. I do want it, though...Originally posted by RonClinton View PostWishing Lucia the best, but I have to save my pennies for Centipede's run of books over the next month or two.

So close! It's amazing how hard these books have been to track down over the last couple of years. I remember seeing Immersion and Sins of the Father on eBay all the time for relatively cheap prices. Now, not so much. I'll keep an eye out for you.Originally posted by saginawhorror View PostWaiting out winter, immersion, Sins of the father, the Decieved and Entangled soul.

Paul has a pretty beefy distribution list for PC copies. Might not hurt to ask around in author communities (politely, of course).Originally posted by saginawhorror View PostOnly 5 elementals left and I have a complete paperback and hardcover set. All hardcovers would be nice but I'm happy with the early paperbacks.
