    They are around, I picked up a trade 1st in like new condition a few years ago for $20.

    I have the 2 volume trade paperback edition of volume 1. I would love to have a hard cover copy. Even if it is a second edition. Count me in.

    For those who are having trouble finding Volume One, there might even be a reprint edition next year so you could have a matching set of Volume One and Volume Two. That's only if we can re-secure certain rights and there's enough interest in the reprint edition.
