I rarely check the CD Production Updates page but stopped by today. Looks like the 'promised' two volume upgrade for the stand was only for the ARCs. Assuming the photo they posted is accurate The Artist Edition will have similar paper to the Gift Edition. STANDtrayGOOD.jpg
To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if they used the exact same page blocks from the Gift Edition...
