New website is done for now. Needs a bit of work and some more content, but I think it's coming together nicely.

This seems wrong to me but I am slightly retarded.... "I am a eBook designer for Cemetery Dance Publications" shouldn't that be AN not A

I am glad I joined the CDCC. This one book has made it all worthwhile. Although the announcement couldn't have come at a worse time. But that's why we have credit cards, for emergencies.

And I need to get back off of eBay, got a few nice things coming soon, one has been on my want list for years but didn't want to spend what it was going for.

I'm with you. If saying "I am a book designer" that makes sense, but adding a qualifier to what type of book designer seems to scream for "an" - in this case, "eBook" is a particular type - (like, "I'm a designer" or "I'm an interior designer"; "I am a laborer" or "I am an industrial laborer", etc., etc.)

If your noun begins with a vowel, you use the article "an"; if a consonant, you use "a".

Unless you're British and put "an" before words that start with a silent h.

It's about the sound of the words; usually the vowel/consonant rule works, but it's about the sound the vowel makes.
The silent h is an exception, but there are many more, like:

                              a union
                              a unicorn

                              a European

                              a one-horse (open sleigh...)

Or, the consonant meakes a vowel sound:

                              an f

                              sk

I like how we have all these "rules" like the above, but there are so many exceptions to them.
