I think he means the second printing from CD. I've heard that most of those went to libraries.

A lot of those went to libraries and anyone who's ordered a copy in the following years, as I think all the first prints where basically sold out before publication (could be wrong though, I didn't work here then)
Yes, I did mean second printing. I got one remarqued by Chadbourne, and then got another in a gift bag from the guys at CD. I'm really surprised CD had any of those left over. My library has at least 2 copies.
