I personally love the movie Ghost Story but it is hard to compare to the book as it lacks the complexity of the story.Originally posted by subie09lega View PostThanks for the tip, I thought I already had this but found it wasn't in my kindle library. I know there's a Ghost Story movie from the 80s, is that based on this novel, and if so, how does it compare?

Still one of my favorite novels period. SUCH a great novel.Originally posted by TacomaDiver View PostLooks like Peter Straub's Ghost Story is on sale for $1.99 at Amazon

I know quite a few members have talked about this one, and it's been in my To Read list for a long time, so I'm going to pull the trigger. $2.20 (curses 10% sales tax!) isn't too much to spend on something.

These are dinged or clearance items, no?Originally posted by Martin View PostThat reminds me of another point on PSPublishing specials. Pete runs a separate website with most of his discount offers. There is a link from his main site http://www.pspublishing.co.uk/ but you can directly view the specials at http://pspublishing2.com/

I picked up the Illustrated Lovecraft bundle: http://pspublishing2.com/offer---all...over-911-p.asp, which I have been interested in for a long time, but needed it to be at a more reasonable price point.
