Posted elsewhere, but I've been reading the whole series this year. I had previously read the first three (maybe four?) volumes years ago, and really wanted to finish them.

Currently on King of Shadows was go bored I paused it and picked up something else. dannyboy121070 said the last two volumes were pretty bad which is frustrating to hear. I'm still going to finish them because dammit I'm not a quitter! (I've only quit one book - and as I get older, I really need to stop powering through stuff I'm not enjoying.)

Very exciting news! Can't wait for the LE to be announced for pre-order in 2026!

Just received my LE copy of Leviathan! So excited for this book. Can't wait to get home to look it over more closely and throw a slipcover on it! Definitely moving it toward the top of my TBR pile!

Got mine yesterday. As always, these new Corbett arrivals serve as stark reminders that I need to hurry up and get back into this series, given I'm only three novels in and have all the others. It's nice to know, though, that if I'm completely swept up in the saga and have to continue reading until its finish, I now have that final volume. I don't imagine that's going to happen, since the first three were read in kind of fits and starts (though I did enjoy it, as evidenced by my continuing patronage of the books), but who knows, it's been a while...maybe the series will hit me different now than it did a number of years ago.

Just received my shipping notice for The Ferryman! Very excited. Haven't read this book yet but loved Cronin's Passage trilogy like pretty much everyone else.

Hope you like it! Avoid previews of the interior artwork until you read the book! It was hard for FV to avoid spoiling certain things. I rarely put a warning on a product page to not look at the art if you don't want to know too much, but I did for this one.

I'm *really* hoping everyone likes the slipcase and binding material. It took forever to get out of customs, but FV's artwork was the perfect colors to finally use this material...

Sweet. It looks like an awesome production. I didn't pick this one up but I bet it's a great read. J.C. is a very good author.

I've read it twice so far, but wanted the Lividian edition as a keeper for my shelf. Or at least, once I clear some space it can go on a shelf. I just packed up another seven boxes of books to take to the library for their book sale - some going back to the early '80s.

It has a great plot twist! As Brian said, don't flip through it checking the artwork before reading it, otherwise you won't be surprised.

Just received my copy of The Ferryman. This truly might be my favorite production by Lividian. This book is freaking gorgeous and everything about the design works for me. Love the coloring and stamping of both the slipcase and the book itself. Also had no idea that the dustjacket was going to look that freaking awesome from the pictures that have been posted! I did avoid the interior art as I haven't read the story yet, but I'm sure that it's amazing as well. Overall, I am so happy to have this book and can't wait to read it soon.

P.S.- If I did have one minor complaint, it would be that the new shipping company put an exterior sticker on the outside of the shipping box stating what was inside, "lividian the ferryman book # 100". Not the end of the world, but I'd much prefer that people didn't know what was inside to avoid the temptation of theft. Probably a small chance of that happening, but I am a worrier! Other than that, the new ship[ping company did great and the book was packaged amazingly!

Thanks! I'm really happy with how this one turned out.

I'll see if they can track the title/number in some other manner. I know their big concern was they're shipping for many other companies and they don't want to send someone the wrong book or number. Their logistical concerns are a little different than mine when it was just me! ha...

That actually makes total sense that they would do that now that you mention they handle multiple projects at once. Yes, I'd much prefer to receive the correct item than lose the sticker if that is the trade-off.
