I'm really trying to resist this one...I love the book design, love the art used, and it's one of my favorite books by McCarthy, though I know it's sometimes derided by McCarthy purists, who consider it too mainstream and accessible...heck, maybe that's why I like it. The problem is I already have a signed 1st trade HC of it in aftermarket slipcase and the Folio Society HC, so I've already crossed my red line of no variants. And now I'm thinking of yet another, to make it three variants of the same title? Gotta try to reign this impulse in.

Yes, I bought the AE right away. It looks like a really nice edition. If I can snag a Numbered on Saturday I'll go for it. I was offered one for $1250, but that's way more than I want to spend.
