I am still hopeful there is a change to this before production.

Yep. It's a nice looking book. I'm pleased with it.

It's hard for me to comment on price because I don't think I've come to grips with the current economy. :-)

It's comparable to other publishers and Midworld is certainly on my publishers to buy from list. Some of their titles aren't to my taste but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future. I did order a copy of Blacktop Wasteland from them and still thinking about Ring Shout. Blacktop Wasteland for the story and Ring Shout mainly for the art.

    Best of luck with that.

I've seen a few people posting photo's of Those Across the River on FB and the book looks great. Has anyone here, who ordered this book, received a shipping notice or the book yet? I hadn't received a notice so getting that nervous/anxious energy about getting the book in my greedy hands.

Went ahead and ordered this today. I really don't care for the art but after all this time it may be growing on me a bit. Almost ordered Ring Shout as well but my gut is telling me that it's a story I may not like. Love the artwork on that one though. The artist, Francois Vaillancourt, is very talented and seems to be a nice dude.

The really cool thing is I opened up a PP line of credit which provided $40 off and six months no interest. So essentially the book with shipping didn't cost any more than a regular trade edition and I can pay this off next week when I do my bills.

Those Across The River Is In-House
The books arrived here December 1st and we're very pleased with how they turned out. We should have the majority of orders shipped out to customers and dealers by the beginning of next week.
There are still copies available! If you've been holding off on this one, you can order now to get it shipped immediately. Click that cover art!
