I really enjoyed this collection and while I find most anthologies to be terribly uneven, this one was consistently good throughout. So if interested, check it out!

Saw this deal and would be all over it if I didn't already have the majority of these titles. I highly recommend grabbing The Day of the Door for those who don't already have it.

Interestingly, that played in to my decision to pass as well (hadn't read Edward Lee in a couple decades, and was considering that short-story collection and novel of his)...I picked up a rare Thunderstorm title on eBay a couple days ago, one I've been Watching for for many years. Figured I had my fun and blew my Thunderstorm wad on that one, so had to pass.

Mine was WALK THE SKY by David B. Silva and Robert Swartwood — the signed and numbered edition with add’l stories and interviews. I’m a big Silva fan, and this is his only longer work I haven’t read, and I’ve been hoping remedy that for many years.

I picked up The Television and Book Three of the Dead-Eye during the sale.

I was going to pick up the Kelly novella eventually, so it was an easy decision to pick it up now alongside another title. None of the other available titles really jumped out at me, so I decided to go with The Television on a whim.

Nice snags. I probably should have kept up on Kelly's DEAD-EYE saga...I read the first one and then, I guess, just kind of fell away from it, for whatever reason. He's a great writer, have enjoyed him since his Zebra days.

Very nice! I love the aesthetics of the Thunderstorm's Douglas Western series and I'm sad that it seems to have been replaced by the Splatter Westerns. Nothing against the Splatter Westerns because I do like them as well--I do have a matching set and all--but the look of the Douglas Westerns just evokes a Western to me. I need to fill in the rest the holes in my Douglas Western set, but I haven't decided yet if that's what the goal will be for 2025.

Not the Christmas gift I hinted at earlier, but I did pick up this bad boy. Not the rarest Thunderstorm book, but up there.

Now here's my Christmas gift!

Paul listed some rare editions on the Clubhouse page and when I saw these I had to snatch them up. I had the first two titles in the past, but had sold them when I was downsizing/changing directions in collecting. After a while, I would up regretting it because you just don't see these guys show up often or at all. These are all PC. I don't mind, though. I have equal opportunity bookshelves. They are signed, but I didn't want to overload with too many pictures so I just included one because I like that one the most, I think.
