The Bad Moon Books site says it was out in Sept, though dunno how accurate that is or how quickly/slowly they send things out to other publishers to sell. I was actually going to ask about this a couple days ago and forgot, lol, that's how I knew that it should have already been in your hands by now according to when it is listed as being out there

Yeah, seriously... Did you see what the UPS shipping adds up to? (I just looked up the costs for Europe for someone and my mind was officially blown.) The 12 shipments just really add up fast. We had discussed offering the deal so the shipping was spread out over the 12 months, but we had some complaints about that with the last Book Club (customers said they'd rather just pay it all up front), so we decided to just go with the "all paid up front" method here. We'll see how it goes!
