    I'd say it's the same.

Mine arrived today, 2 weeks after getting a shipping notice, lol. It just sat waiting to be picked up until a few days ago. I'm glad they are finally getting some movement on all of these CDCC books that we are owed....I have no idea how many are outstanding, but it seems like it'd be a lot. I feel like this must have been a mystery book, because it isn't something that I would have wanted, but, all these years later, who knows?

I got it yesterday. It was a CDCC bonus book that I'd long forgotten about. I didn't have it on my order spreadsheet.

It definitely wasn't part of the 2018 forthcoming grab bag, because I got those books already.

I know Rich circulated an email on what he plans for the limited line's first six months of the year, and those are definitely the priority at the moment--The Stand, Face in the Crowd Lim/Lettered, GMF Lettered, GFT Limited, Little Boy, Shocklines and one or two others? Maybe a GYE? I know the Koryta book is supposed to be shipping our way currently--but even if it's a "everything is the same, no new info available" I'll ask around regarding each item on the page

For Billy Summers, I'm still waiting on an update that's never come. No new information currently. Will ask folks. Have a new slipcase manufacturer I'm trialing out for Face in the Crowd, since slipcases seem to be a huge speedbump for us. They work pretty fast and their sample was very good and everything is paid for. Fingers crossed that avenue opens up for future things!

As for Dark Masques, I can't find much of anything here. If that's the case and it is lost due to dead contracts and time, something *must* be subbed in for it. I will see what I can figure out regarding, and what options we have available to substitute.Â
Here we are 17 years later and still nothing about Dark Masques. It's tough to continue to defend CD when its detractors consistently point out books that have been paid for that either never materialize or take 10 or more years to finally show up.

Can we PLEASE get something done about this missing book ... give everyone that ordered some store credit or something just don't ignore the fact that we paid good money for this book and have been waiting 17 years!

    Thanks.

One question that I have, and maybe I'm blind, but did you notice a limitation for the book listed anywhere on the order page? I saw that they listed it as a LE and mentioned it being a one-time printing but I didn't see the number of copies anywhere. Just curious.
No, you are correct. I did not see a limitation noted for the book, either.

Just received my Billy Summers slipcase. Glad to finally have this in-hand as, excluding the Double Day books, it was my oldest pending pre-order. While I hate that it took over 3 years to produce, it did turn out fantastic and might be the best-looking S. King slipcase that CD has produced so far. The color really pops and the design on the front fits the book well.

I don't even know how a refund would be possible on things like the collectors club exclusive hardcovers and things like that. I used to snap up every CD offering like candy, but I have completely lost faith in them being able to deliver on anything in an even remotely timely fashion anymore.
I recently received a refund via Mindy for many hundreds of dollars for books preordered years ago. I gave up. CD is not trustworthy. No more preorders or Collectors Club. Danny - I am going to be asking Mindy about those CD Club books soon. Should be interesting.

At this point I do not believe I will ever be a regular customer or CD again. They have developed a complete lack of communication. The website provides no reliable information, and they are basically a paperback publisher at this point. Hopefully I will get the books I have on order but to be honest, I am basically ignoring CD at this point.

This is why I just refuse to do pre-orders any more, especially from CD. They have books on the docket that I proofed almost two decades ago, including some that I don't even think have been announced. It's just insane.
I've been ordering the slipcases, and the portfolios for The Stand and Pet Semetery, but apart from those, the last book I ordered was Gwendy's Final Task S/L on 4/12/21.

I just counted, and I'm waiting on 23 CD orders going back to 2010. I'm waiting for them to catch up before ordering anything else. I may be dead by then.
