Pan's Labyrinth (Somehow I missed it for all these years!!!)

Damn, what an amazing movie!!! I kept meaning to get to it and then forgetting about it since it was first out. I finally saw it last week and absolutely loved it! I loved the story, but more than that it is simply visually stunning!

Nice! I don't know how you missed it as well, but what a treat to see it for the first time!

I saw it in the movies and loved it, been looking into del Toro's work ever since then.

Off the top of my head he also directed the two Hellboy movies, Pacific Rim, and Blade 2. All of which are fun movies if nothing else.

If you liked Pan's Labyrinth then you should check out The Devils Backbone. Though not as visually arresting as Pan's Labyrinth it is still a great flick by Del Toro.

Cronos is a most unusual vampire movie. I loved it.

He didn't direct it, but was a producer for "The Orphanage", fantastic foreign language horror movie.

Not to be confused with "The Orphan" which some people do.
