I just noticed that Dan Hocker is an awesome production manager (unsure of title), brewer, AND, carpenter/wood working specialist.

Dan, Love the Etsy stuff. Pretty cool!

Technically I'm the "Warehouse Manager" though the title is pretty much made up. We all do a bit of everything. Thanks for the compliments, the Etsy store is fairly new, still slowly filling it up with stuff.

When Voodoo Doughnuts in Portland first started making them everyone was scrambling to try one. I agree they are good. The craze was so bit they then partnered with Rogue Brewing and made a Maple Bacon beer. It was very bad!

At least you folks in the NW have decent brewers. I live in the wastelands of Florida. There is not a single brewer in my area that makes anything worth drinking.

I am actually not a big fan of maple bars but the addition of bacon really works!
