So...baseball opening day is here. Not that I'm a big baseball guy, but I can see the planes, blimps, etc. flying over Comerica Park in Detroit from across the river in good ol' Windsor. Funny thing is.... the Tigers ballpark is so close to me (takes longer to cross the border than anything else), yet I'm not a Tigers fan.
John R. Little's horror collection, Little by Little, was announced on the final ballot for the 2014 year horror awards a few weeks back, and the ceremony takes place on May 9th, 2015. I’ve watched the last few years of Stokers via weblink because I’m a huge nerd.
I have not yet read the other 4 books in the Collection category, but have read tons of various horror collections and have difficulty seeing this one bested. The quality is just too rare. He may lose a few votes because some of the stories/novellas within have already won awards, but he’ll still be tough to beat.
Just a quick post to encourage people to read Little by Little and throw some support around if you love it as much as I do.

Just got back home from what was an amazing week and a half in first Barcelona and then Rome. To actually see with your own eyes amazing sights like the Sistine Chapel and The Roman Forum was just an absolute blessing. Pictures and videos do not do it justice.
A nice little bonus was arriving home to see that both of my Scott Smith lettered editions had arrived. Very tempted to open the box tonight, but super tired so I've decided to wait until tomorrow so I can truly appreciate it.
Just finished a war with a particularly nasty virus, adding malware faster than I could catch it.
Remember Microsoft Security Essentials, remember MalWareBytes, and for all that is holy, remember Safe Mode (NO network), and for the embattled, all may yet be as it should.
Or just get a Mac, I suppose. Personally, I shall fight.

I can usually root out the invaders, but the last infection spread all over the place. I ended up with Bitdefender, which got rid of it.
