Thats the contact to his lit. agency, they shouldbe able to forward your message to him or provide with an email at least. Other than that, there is a contact form on his site that you can use.

I haven't actually read anything by him, but my wife loves his stuff. She reads a lot, but few authors really strike a chord with her.

I've only read Conroy's TPOT, and can only highly recommend it. Streisand did a nice job translating it to the screen, but (as always) the book is much better. You'll love it.
