? for Dan or Brian-What is going on with these Reply To Thread messages I'm getting?

All of a sudden, I'm now getting emails that are Reply to Thread emails for various topics here in the Cemetery Dance forums. At first, I got one for the Random Thoughts thread, than the What Are You Reading Now? thread, and just now for the RIP Jack Ketchum thread. Dan - The RIP Jack Ketchum email I got says it is from you.
When I first began posting here at the Cemetery Dance forums I tried to get the automatic replies to threads I've posted in feature. I couldn't figure it out with this message board system and quickly forgot about that feature. I don't mind getting these Reply to Thread emails it's just that it's out of thin air or out of the blue that they're suddenly, magically now appearing in my email. Question-Was the forum's software recently updated?

Umm I think all the automatic forum emails technically come from me. My only guess is that some how you've subscribed to get email notifications on threads. I'm not actually sure how to turn those on and off. I'll look into it and get back to you.

Our web host moved us to a new dedicated server last night, so they could run some updates that couldn't be run on the old one, and it sounds like that might have caused this change for you -- for whatever reason!

You can unsubscribe from individual "threads" at the bottom of each notification email; there should be a link at the bottom of each email with a link that says something like "To unsubscribe from this thread, please visit this page..."

And this link might work for you to be able to unsubscribe from ALL threads really quickly:
