OT: Need advice for Facebook help

I'm having some issues with my Facebook account and FB is of no help at all.

FB Help, FB security-Both are totally worthless.

Can anyone here provide a link or other resource where, for example, I can do a Live Chat? -or- direct me to a FB resource where someone actually cares and can help?

I've sent FB a couple of messages and have not gotten a reply. Thanks for listening!

I had to be patient and persistent. It took some doing, but I now have resolved my Facebook account issues.
