I don't recall an official announcement, however I got my HC copy in a grab bag I believe. But I remember seeing it on the site before when browsing through the books.

Was this book ever publicly offered for sale? Like Cap, I've seen it pop up on eBay from a grab bag, but I don't remember there ever being an announcement for this title. Amazonas intrigued me enough that I might need to get a copy.

Yea I can't remember if there was ever an announcement. That said it has been publicly for sale probably since last summer.
