If Brian is not online at 8pm EST to officially close this contest, I will do it myself under the power invested in me as the "official keeper of the official guesses."
I will be on the road this evening, so please do so! Would you like to post the official summary of everyone's official guesses after the contest closes?

There were 8 entries that did not meet the official rules of entry, details of these entries have not been posted. I will be discussing these with Brian to see if he will allow them to be entered.
"I watched Titanic when I got back home from the hospital, and cried. I knew that my IQ had been damaged."
- Stephen King
While I was reorganizing my book collection today, I spotted one of my favorites, Misery, which I don't think anyone mentioned. I'd like to see that done in a nice limited edition someday.
Okay, so having discussed the other 8 entries with Brian, he has agreed that they can all be entered into the contest.
Here is a brief summary of these entries:
jhanic (made a non “official” guess for a S/L of Revival)
I advised jhanic to make his entry "official" at Post #158
dnemec (made a non “official” guess for The Bachman Books to include Rage)
Pennynutter (made 2 speculative and non “official” entries for either Carrie or The Stand)
CyberGhostface (An unpublished story a la Blockade Billy – vague and no mention of which short story/novel to be announced from the plethora of unpublished Stephen King short stories and novels that exist)
I advised CyberGhostface to specify an actual story at Post # 166
Teriw (all future Stephen King books to be published by CD – vague and no mention of which book to be announced on Monday)
I advised Teriw to specify a title or titles to be announced on Monday at Post # 183
bsaenz24 (a really good book published in a high quality edition featuring at least one piece of artwork – vague and posted as a laugh)
tag83 (made a non “official“ guess for Eyes of the Dragon)
Jack Mort (made a non “official” guess for a Stephen King Autobiography)

Thanks for putting the list together! There are a couple of guesses I really like...including mine. Although a short story collection in illustrated format may be something right up the CD alley.
Whatever it is I had fun guessing and seeing everyone else's wild speculations.
Great job, Tim! (I like how you put the winning entry nonchalantly down in the bottom third of the list.) Nothing to do but wait. Just under 12 hrs to go!
After much deliberation, I decided I'd better only give one more hint: most of you nailed the author's name.
I'll post some prize information when I can this week. Plus I have to look back for the most creative guesses, but there's definitely a prize winner there, too.
This announcement isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but I think a lot of our collectors will be extremely happy with the news. Stay tuned!
Great job, Tim! (I like how you put the winning entry nonchalantly down in the bottom third of the list.) Nothing to do but wait. Just under 12 hrs to go!
And yes, BIG thanks to Tim for keeping track of everything. For some reason, I've been a little busy these last couple of weeks and wouldn't have had the time to do that right...
