Mike Flanagan novella, RARE, FINE, & LIMITED

I'm a huge fan of Mike Flanagan's films. so I was excited to hear that he had a novella coming out early next year. As someone who doesn't drink, I was less than excited to hear that you could only get the novella by purchasing a limited-edition bottle of tequila...But this looks cool enough that I decided I wouldn't mind having the bottle around as a decoration. This is the first offering from actor Matthew Lillard's Macabre Spirits line. The $99.00 price tag didn't bother me TOO much, but the $25.00 shipping hurt, lol. I hate paying for shipping, let alone that much. But I had to have that book, and the bottle does look very cool......

I'm intrigued by this. $100 isn't bad for much of anything nowadays. I just wish there was more info about the book - length? Signed? Numbered (I know the tequila is numbered up to the first 5000 bottles ...)

There's not much info about the book, aside from the back cover copy, which I posted above. The article that I read initially (On Bloody Disgusting, I think?) quoted Lillard as saying it was supposed to be 12,000 words, but Flanagan kept calling him to apologize for the length, and Lillard says something like "At 80,000 words, I was just like, keep going, no problem, lol." (Paraphrasing from memory.) I'd estimate 150 pages, depending on how they typeset it? It looks to me like a trade paperback (Hoping I'm wrong), and someone said they saw a quote from Lillard that 10 people who preorder will receive a copy signed by him and Flanagan, so I would assume it is unsigned.
