My starter pack had: Take the Long Way Home: Stories by Richard Chizmar (A trade paperback and a whopper too w. deckled edges), Cardinal Black by Robert McCammon, Flight or Fright edited by Stephen King and Bev Vincent. All three books are unsigned.
