Question on Minecraft (on Kindle Fire specifically)

Do any of you if there is a way for strangers to get into the game world when someone is playing Minecraft on the Kindle Fire?? My son said something about that yesterday and I'm not quite sure if was just playing around with me or if there had been someone in his game world.

If he's playing locally that shouldn't be possible. However there is a "Play on Realms" option which allows up to 10 people to play at once. Granted this is on the Android version, which I would imagine is pretty much the same as Kindle Fire technically runs on Android.
