Where can I get replacement dust jackets for my Stephen king first print books?

The only place that I've seen them offered is for some of the Grant Books:

Which is probably not what you're looking for. There are several trade editions that I'd like to get but doubt publishers keep them in stock.
Does CD offer dust jackets for out of print editions?
