Collector's Set #2

I ordered the Collector's Set #2 in December 2010 and have not received any books yet to date nor any recent updates. I saw the post about Four Killers and it seems to be moving along. What is the status of the other books in the set?

Jack & Jill by Kealan Patrick Burke and Vortex by Ray Garton will be ready for the printer a little before Four Killers is, but we'll try to move Four Killers through production a little faster than normal so they can all be published together later this year!
