I actually learned quite a lot while searching for an appropriate picture:

Midget/Dwarf tossing was invented in Florida.
It seems to be a problem in many areas, as people under the influence tend to toss dwarfs/midgets randomly.
A rugby player (from England i think) had legal problems because he randomly tossed some dwarf/midget, I guess after getting wasted.
Gandalf does not approve.

Lol, I think that would give me beach trauma for quite sometime. Although I probably wouldn't notice. When I'm at the beach I usually read for most of the time!
