There is a CD book listed on Amazon.com that isn't listed on the CD site, that I could find at least, but it doesn't seem to fit the description of either of the remaining books (book by some published in an early CD mag, book on SK).

Yea.I have a trade edition and it is in my tbr mile um pile.I might bump this up.I just did not think it was that many pages.

I have read alot of his stuff but this one remained on my TBR so it is a perfect fit for me.

I'm a dork for never looking back this far for a 700 page anniversary edition! But I, too, am happy (Though I've only read one of his books.)
