Fevre Dream is a great read! I bought a hardback copy direct from GRRM after I had read Game and before he became mega-popular.

I have not read any of the Game books yet. I have been a fan of his short fiction for a long time. So I jumped on this 2 vol. set. I have heard great things about Fever Dream sxo thought I would check it out.

The Ice and Fire books are great except for the fact that books 4 and 5 were really supposed to be a single enormous book, but they couldn't, so when they split it, books 4 Feast only had the point of view chapters that were on they main continent, but it left out the three most popular characters. I would wait until it is all done for a big single read.
