Interestingly, I was asked to do three extra interior illustrations for the LRB edition - and was given free reign on what I wanted to draw, which was very nice - but when I recently got my contributor copies of the trade edition I saw that one of the three extra drawings I had done for the LRB edition was there, swapped out for one of the original ten drawings I had done for the trade edition, and another of the original ten was left out as well. From a design layout standpoint, the first filled a spot that needed an illustration. Hopefully the second will show up with the others in the LRB edition.
