I was interesdted in who would be witnessing NG's signature; it's probably an assistant of Neil's or of Easton's, but I was hoping it would have been his wife, Amanda Palmer!

I wonder how long they ship to Europe if you have to wait over 3 weeks....

Don't really know, you have to email them. This edition of AG must be frist printing because on the copyright page, it says "special contents of this book copyright 2012 by Easton Press."
