This one I read just before I went to see the movie Insidious--a happy coincidence, since they both deal with the same subject; made the movie much more enjoyable.

It did not come with a slipcase (if it had, it would not have been this hideous green color); the slipcase is from Subterranean Press' Zodiac; the book did not easily slip out of the "slip"case and was impossible to get back in (this is the customer relations issue that Mr. Schafer epicly failed at resolving, thus my boycotting of his press); this book is the only other one I have that the slipcase fit.
Turned out "Billy" also scoffed at Ronald Kelly's return to writing, so I REALLY don't feel bad at all."I'm a vegan. "
