Another find on ebay. This seller had 50+ King trades (half of which were 1st/1st HCs) for anywhere between $10-$35. I actually found 9 of them I wanted, but decided I couldn't get them all, so I decided to get 2 of them BIN. I could have gotten any four of the others; the problem was some of them were auctions. Anyway:

This was the last HC book I ever lent out. S*** G****** first spilled white paint in the jacket:

Thanks, Teri. Those BOMC HCs have been around since my college days. I asked S*** that very question and he just shrugged and called himself a clumsy bag of orangutuan pus (adjectival abuse in your self deprecations were held in high regard in my circle of friends).
But all the other SKs from the seller are gone, so I'll have to look elsewhere forthem.

Flea markets if you have any. Thats where most of mine came from, and in the $5 almost mind condition range. People sell them just to get rid of them. I love it. lol. Won't find anything rare that way but just to get firsts of the popular ones its great.Comment
