You can aldo buy slimmer paperback ones that are generally 4-6 issues each. They are cheaper individually but more expensive and not as nice in the long run. Though they do look fantastic together. Unfortunately i started with those before i realized there were the massive omnibuses.

I get the Walking Dead hardcover omnibus collections from Amazon (each one contains 24 issues). There are 4 so far.
