    Tommy's Collection

I have way too many books, but I do take good care of them, I keep them in a dark, cool environment, with Mylar on all the dust jackets and never read the limited/signed editions I have but rather borrow or buy cheap PB's of those Limiteds, I've been collecting since I was ten or eleven when I noticed all these strange, kinda creepy covers on my older sister's shelf by a man named Stephen King, it was not until Full Dark, No Stars and Cemetery Dance's Limited Edition of it that I realized that such collectibles are out there, now I am obsessed and have been collecting signed trade and signed/limiteds since, Thanks CD for kicking my mania into high gear!

My picture taking is not the best but I will try to add better shots of the rarer items later on but for now...

There is no such thing as 'way too many books'! Thanks for starting a new collector's thread, looking forward to see your books. Most of us leave a lot to be desired on the picture taking skills.

Always love to see a new collection thread! Not enough new ones around here. Looking forward to more, especially closeups, so dag 'em off the shelf and fire away!

I know sometimes I sit in front of my books and just wonder how lucky I was to be able to build/re-build my collection. It's a labor of love for sure. I see it whenever I look at other folks libraries. You can tell.

It is definitely a labor of love with me, I shudder to think what life would have been like without books, I'm so grateful I was born after the printing press
