Thanks, Theli! I should get my WFC 2013 haul out of my system just in time to attend this year's shindig in Washington. That's right, folks, Mr Poll is heading Stateside!
I haven't quite figured what Washington offers gawping tourists in early November, but Google Maps proudly informs me there's a Burger King in the middle of The Pentagon, so obviously I'll have to check that out.

And I suppose we can't really talk Joe Hill without mentioning this:

I don't know why, but I really like the cover to this book. Maybe it's the cool glossy rain effect when you hold it up to the light...

The UK trade hardcover of NOS2R2 loses out to the US's NOS4A2, IMHO, but is much improved with a signature and a doodle on the inside:

I love the scaly-textured cover on the UK trade paperback of Horns:

I also managed to get Peter Crowther's signature too. He seemed surprised to see the comic, albeit in a good way!

Which reminds me... Here are a few issues of Grave Tales that Joe Hill signed for me, which was pretty mighty cool:

Thanks, guys!
Here's another from the WFC pile of which I'm rather pleased. I saw the book launch for this advertised in the convention programme and fell in love with the cover art.

I have the updated Nightworld. Have not read it yet. One more Repairman Jack book then this series and finally Nightworld as that book ties up both series. The Tomb is also part of Repairman Jack. Nice signatures.
