Because of, er, of certain circumstances, I haven't read the following Kingbooks. I think I'll wait till after the publication of The Wind Through the Keyhole:non-stop King for a couple of months. (I'm a s-l-o-w reader..)
I agree that the UK Everything's Eventual and the UK From a Buick 8 covers are the worst I've seen. The cover of the UK proof of From a Buick 8 should have been the one used on the trade. I can't imagine why they didn't use it. (I've seen a proof cover of it that used it.)
The Scribner signed edition (not numbered).
(One of the poorest limiteds ever.)
Unfortunately, I delayed in ordering the CD traycase and now they're all gone!!
