Custom slipcases?

Since SP's NOS4A2 doesn't come with a slipcase I was considering ordering myself a custom one once I get the measurements.

Are there any recommended and affordable services? I'm not looking for something extravagant, just something that's sturdy and protects the book from harm.

There's a seller on eBay that will make one for you (I think). He's UK based. Or maybe one of Cemetery Dance's cases will work.

It was very reasonable I thought. Around $20 I think.

That is a good price, not too much to provide protection to an investment.
