Yeah, an 1910 first print of African Game Trails by Theodore Roosevelt; a copy of it sold on ABE for $8500. Not that I was planning on selling mine, but...

Like I said, I hadn't planned on selling it; it was funny that it happened on the sameday ABE sent out it's "most expesive monthly sales for February:, tho.

Not me .I have too many temptations already.

I do too, but this list (going by the price that Squire gave) has books that are way over my limit, even the limit that I break/push/ignore/etc. So even if the temptation is there, it is not something that I can satisfy. Kidneys don't even sell for that much!
