Doesn't look to be a way to create an account without being an existing customer (and I don't believe I've ever placed an order direct w/ them). I received a reply stating that only "qualifying customers" could access the sales pages. I suppose because I bought The Shining from them that makes me a qualifying customer because I was never a member and the membership is not in use any longer. At the sign in page there is an activation option under the username and password field. I filled that out and activated my online account.
