The other day I noticed Amazon and Apple had discounted the eBook edition of The Green Mile by Stephen King to $5.99. This eBook is normally $7.99 and that discount was enough for me to order a copy, just to have one of my favorite books on my e-reader for a future re-read. But what do you think? Are there certain eBooks where $4.99 or $5.99 is still a bargain to you? Whether in terms of quantity or quality of content or just your personal love of the story?
I feel that if it's something that is rarely discounted we should let others know when they see its price drop in case others want to add it to their digital libraries. I've bought a couple titles when I've seen their prices drop, The Green Mile and then Under the Dome when it was discounted last month.

Here's what I got back about my order (for those that haven't heard and didn't see the update on Facebook):
We are currently waiting for the GLIMPSES dust jacket to come into stock, which should be here either tomorrow or Friday. Your order will ship Friday, Saturday or Monday.
I'll give it until next week then send them a followup message to see. I've seen other mention that they never got a shipment confirmation as I still haven't so it could show up today or.....?????
That's one problem with DRP, they seem to be off when quoting dates and times of releases. I know it's impossible to tell for sure, and there is always delays. But I was under the impression that Glimpses was already released when I ordered it, nothing on the website said otherwise. When i hard pre-ordered Crooked House it was estimated to be out for December, it's only just shipping now with my copy of Glimpses. That said though, they have great prices and they go the extra mile to make things right. They threw in another book free with my order (The Walls of the Castle as per my request) and they shipped the rest of my order on time.
Seems that DRP lost track of my order for Glimpses. I sent another email to them about the email they sent saying the order would shop three weeks ago. Now they're saying it will ship this week.
I only did one order with DRP, during their big sale, and was happy with the delivery and the shipping was really good, but I only ordered one pb. They have a lot of titles I want, and may grab a couple in the near future.
