Looking for F/F TOR trade hard cover edition of Lumley's The Source

I found 4 of the 5 original Necroscope books years ago as low priced, but unmarked remainders. A very lucky find. I would like to get a hard cover of The Source, but the only one I see on Ebay is going for $179, which is much more than I think it is worth. If anyone has a spare copy for sale or trade, let me know.
